The BecomingIQ eBook, signup and survey are covered by a separate policy at becomingiq.net.

If you signed up or answered the survey at trainwithcoachiq.com earlier, that policy covers your signup and your answers. Moving our domains does not change how we handle existing signup information, and it doesn’t remove earlier privacy commitments.

Your browser may still hold a signup cookie from that time and may send it to this site, but the site’s code doesn’t read or use it. It ends on its own, or you can clear it in your browser.

Links to becomingiq.net, including older addresses for our contact page, take you to that site, and that policy applies there. That site can see you came from here.

What happens today

This site explains our coaching. It has no signup form, survey, account, checkout or booking. You can’t buy coaching here yet. The only way to reach us from this site is by email.

If you email us

Our email links open your device’s email app, if one is set up. Clicking the email link does not send us a message.

If you send one, we receive your email address, any name your email shows, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to your question. Our email provider is Proton. Only Coach IQ has access to this mailbox.

Please don’t send health details or payment details by email.

If you visit this site

The site runs on Cloudflare, our hosting provider. To load a page, your browser shares technical details with Cloudflare, such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare uses them to deliver and protect the site, and they may appear in Cloudflare’s logs and traffic reports.

Our website’s code sets no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. Separately, Cloudflare’s security features may add a small script and a security cookie to help tell people from automated traffic. We don’t use these for advertising.

Our photos, video and fonts load from this site. The video downloads only if you press its Watch button.

Your browser may sometimes send an automatic security report to this site. The site’s code discards each report without reading or storing its contents. The request itself may appear in hosting records, like any other request.

Planned, not yet active

We plan to add the features below. None of them is active, and none collects information through this site today. We’ll update this policy before any of them starts.

How long we keep information

We haven’t set a fixed period for keeping emails. We keep them as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our conversation. We’ll update this policy when we set one.

To ask about information you sent us, or to request its removal, email hello@trainwithcoachiq.com. We may need to confirm that you control the address before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
